Submit an evaluation

The purpose of this article is to explain how to add an evaluation on a file.

As an essential feature of your platform, it is important to master it.

Prerequisites

  1. An eMundus user account of type evaluator or grader. A platform or program manager account can also add an evaluation.

  2. This user account must have the rights to edit evaluations.

List of evaluations

From the main menu, choose "Evaluations".

You then have access to a table with 3 tabs:

  • My files to evaluate

    • Regroups the files I have access to and that are in the evaluation period

  • My files evaluated

    • Regroups the files that I have previously evaluated

  • All files

    • Regroups all the files I have access to

You can click on the arrows to the left and right of the table to shift the visible columns and access more information about the files.

Evaluation of a file

To evaluate a file, click on the applicant's name or file number; a window like the one below should open.

The file is composed of 2 main sections:

  • The data of the file on the left

    • You can navigate between the form, documents and comments using the corresponding tabs

  • The evaluation form to be completed on the right

    • This one remains fixed while you browse the application file

In the Documents tab, you can view them by clicking on the document name. A preview of the document will open.

Compare files

If you want to compare files, select them from the table, a block indicating the number of selected files is displayed at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can click on "Open in a new tab" to open a tab for each selected file.
